The Children's AIDS Fund (CAF), a member of the Independent Charities of America and Children's Charities of America, is an approved charity in the Combined Federal Campaign for federal employees worldwide.

CAF's overhead is currently under 10%, which means that 90% of any contribution made through this initiative will go into domestic and international programs. CAF's CFC ad appears in the "Best of CFC" supplement in the October 1, October 15, and October 22 editions of the Army/Navy/Air Force/Marine/Federal Times and Stars & Stripes.
